Katrina has traveled internationally as a performer and guitar teacher, with her backpack over one shoulder, her guitar over the other, always looking for new ways to play and teach.
She's been teaching guitar, voice, and performance for over 15 years, focusing on student's strengths to help them achieve success. One of her greatest strengths is helping students of all ages understand the "mystery of music" while making lessons fun.
One of the best gifts ever given to me was a guitar when I was 15 years old. I had a great guitar teacher who believed in me and helped me find my voice; I believe that the gift of music is the gift of a lifetime, that playing music is a sacred trust.
